I haven’t posted once since the day I said I was going to try to write every day. I promise: I have been writing! Just in a different way.

I joined Beachbody almost two weeks ago, and all my writing has been dedicated to the daily updates I’ve been making in my accountability group on Facebook. I will give you guys an update as well.

I haven’t weighed myself. In fact, I didn’t even weigh myself in the beginning to get a starting weight. I did take measurements and “before” photos. I will compare them to current photos once I’m done with the first program. I can say this: I feel better. It’s been 7 days, and I already just feel better.

I do a thirty minute workout once a day. I usually try to get up before work and do it, and on the weekends I do it first thing in the morning. Get up, get it out of the way, and get on with my day. I’ve gotten into a nice routine. I drink Shakeology every day, which actually tastes amazing. I put a banana and some peanut butter in there 🙂 I have a meal plan, but I’ve had so much going on this weekend that I have only followed it through lunch. My dinners have been amazing though 🙂

I can’t wait to see the results. I’ve been working hard, and I know it’s going to pay off in the end. I did meal prep today, so I’m staying on track this week!
